Delete your InviteMagic account

This page explains how to permanently delete your account and data.

Delete directly in the app

  1. Sign in to InviteMagic.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion.

Alternative deletion request (email)

If you cannot access the app, email us from your account email address and request account deletion.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account and profile record.
  • Your projects and project metadata.
  • Your uploaded photos and generated invitation media stored by us.
  • Your credits and in-app usage records associated with the account.

What may be retained

  • Limited billing, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
  • System backups may retain encrypted snapshots for a limited period before automatic expiration.
