Common Issues
Bride and groom do not look right
Faces can drift from your source photos, especially in strongly
stylized scenes.

Use clear, front-facing photos in good lighting. Avoid heavy
filters, side profiles, or covered faces.

If likeness matters most, prefer less stylized looks (for example
3D Realistic or Traditional) before generating.

Regenerate only the scenes that look off from Scene Review,
instead of rerunning the full project.

If still off, contact support and include project ID + scene name
+ whether bride, groom, or both are mismatched.
Generation got stuck or failed
Some scenes/videos can fail due to temporary model or network
instability.

Keep the app open and connected for a few minutes so retries can
finish.
- Use retry/regenerate actions for the failed scene or video stage.

If it keeps failing, contact support and share the project ID plus
when it failed.
Output style looks different than expected
Highly artistic styles can intentionally exaggerate facial and scene
details.

Try one regenerate pass first, since model output can vary per run.

If output is too stylized, switch to a more realistic style and
regenerate key scenes.

In your support request, mention the selected style and what looked
wrong (face, colors, attire, or mood).
Credits purchase not showing
Store confirmation can be delayed on weak networks or after app
backgrounding.
- Wait 1-2 minutes, then reopen the Credits screen.
- Check your app store purchase history for the same account.

Contact support with transaction details if credits are still
missing.
Photo upload issues
Uploads can fail when permissions are blocked or files are too large.
- Allow photo permissions in device settings.

Use JPEG/PNG files with clear faces and avoid very low-resolution
images.

Retry on a stable network and keep the app foregrounded during
upload.
